Never have I ever bought a Laptop worth $250.00. Usually I just get the cheap Chromebooks because I am a cheap shopper. But in this case I am going to be teaching homeschool for my children and I knew a cheap Chromebook just want going to be what I needed for the job. So, I bought the laptop. Upon arrival I saw some holes on the front side of the laptop box, I was really concerned at first. But upon opening the box it was so protected in the box that I automatically put my guard back down. It came with everything as promised. At first I thought it only came with a 5 day trial for Microsoft 365 but later on I found that not to be true once I had everything connected and set up properly. There was a notification that popped up saying to set up the Microsoft 365 included with the PC. SO, I cancelled my free trial of the family plan Microsoft 365 right away for $99.99 right away. It is working really great and I love the white color. I haven’t yet figured out why my mouse hasn’t connected properly yet it may be due to my AAA batteries or my weak Internet connection or a combination of both. Lol I don’t know but it is not a deal breaker. It’s just when I need to copy and then go to paste the paste can be difficult to do at times. It would be easier with a right click of the mouse for pasting. But I am sure I will figure it out not worried about it. I love it, I think it is just what I needed and it will definitely serve it’s purpose for homeschooling with ease. Thanks!!

Had issues from day one. 3 days after return window closes the computer is locked in a loop of sign in. Does not recognize any of my emails. Can not get past login. Amazon and seller was of no help. Amazon blamed Assurion, saying they should help, Assurion saying my return window was not closed. It has been a week of back and forth. No computer for work and they want me to spend the time to repair it. The worst experience ever. Beware who you buy electronics from.So it has been a week still no help, still no working computer for work.

This was bought as a gift for my daughter. She was pleased with it. She likes that it comes with the necessities ( power cord etc) but also comes with a wireless mouse and some other goods. Has Office for a year. Windows 11. So she’s pretty happy with it.

Instead of buying this laptop go for a better one because I bought this one for my personal use and after two months of using it .It started getting slow and getting lag multiple times.You cannot switch directly to other apps while using one.Better not to buy this .And the video quality is the poorest. Doesn’t match what it shows In the description.Overall performance is below average.

This sucker can barely handle the basic windows system files. It’s low on memory before i even store a single thing on it and it l a g s when i type. Unbelievable. And no, disk cleanup and storage sense do not help. I’m never buying an HP again!

August 1,2024 we purchased a new HP Premium 14″ laptop from Amazon distributed by eWorld. Approx. one month later it crashed, only flashing messages to quickly to read across a black screen, no audio, pushing the power button would not turn it off, the underside became hot to the touch even after being disconnected from the power cord for several hours. We got in touch online with an HP service rep who attempted a restart which he did. Upon further investigation, he discovered the laptop had been modified by someone other than HP to increase RAM from 4 to 16 GD which voided the extended warranty we had purchased. The HP rep also said the laptop will surely fail again. We’re still waiting for a refund from Amazon/eWorld and waiting for a free return lable to be sent to us

I was happy with this product. Everything worked fine no issues. But I went to take it out of its case and my tablet pulled completely apart. And before anyone comes at me no I was not aggressive with it at all. If you buy this bundle I would definitely suggest buying a different case. I am now out of a tablet and out of money as I had to turn around a purchase a laptop. Sad day but it is what it is I suppose .
