    Functions flawlessly.

    Amazon won’t approve my picture of it in use due to the fact we use it on our OnlyFans stream and my GF and her friends, well, it does get quite a bit of use. The videocam is surprisingly clear, and I am pleasantly surprised it functions just as good as my $4000 Canon XF605 4K UHD Pro Camcorder. Well worth it for the price, man! However, it is certainly fragile! Great for INSIDE STILL tripod set up only. I wouldn’t even carry it around the house. The first scratch would be fatal. Buy it knowing it is disposable.

    This is a very user-friendly camcorder. Great for a first timer or beginner. Pictures are not as high of a quality as I’d like, but they are ok. Video is clear and does well. Start/stop of video is clean and easy to operate. Overall, good buy.

    This is a great 4k camera

    I brought this camera to record memories for my grandchildren I went in thinking that it would take ok videos boy was I wrong this camera takes great 4k videos I even took slow motion videos of my grandchildren and it looked very professional I loved the fact that it came with an extra battery and light for night recording and an external microphone I even talked one of my sons into buying it for his business and if you set the recording to 8k and have the new iPad Pro M4 to watch the videos on YOU WILL BE AMAZED I love this camera

    UPDATE: 11/27/2023After the review went live customer service reached out and offered a full refund. I was highly impressed. Then they followed up with an email explaining my issues and wanted more information. A funny reply about the focus issue was the camera does not have a focus function but “as long as you hold it steady, the video will be relatively clear” (Actually it was on a tripod so holding it wasn’t an issue) They also said “use your fingernails to touch the screen” in response to my statement the touch screen is hit and miss. I sent a more detailed response and their reply was, in short, “We have not encountered the problem you mentioned so far.” And asked for images, which were sent. (I have also updated my review with some of these images)Now this is where it takes a downward spiral. After telling me they don’t experience any of the issues they reverse what they said and now state, for example, the camera doesn’t have a focus feature and they never claimed it has a focus so that’s why things don’t focus. (See images) Next I complained that the camera screen shut off when in webcam/pcCam mode (See image) At first they said it didn’t and than after I sent photos they told me that it does shut off and all cameras do this. (They don’t)They never addressed the auto shut off when you close the screen.If it were not for the inability to focus on anything close than about 10 feet away it would be a semi decent starter camera. But I am reducing to one star based on comments like this: “If you think it is difficult to use without the focus function, we have actually tested it ourselves. If you adjust and fix the camera, and view the recorded videos and pictures on the computer, the effect will be much better” The images I posted were taken with the camera, you can look at them yourself on the computer…focus is focus and the lack of focus is a flat out deal breaker.Original Review:======First things first. If you are purchasing this thinking it is, as is described, a “professional” camera it is not. You get what you pay in terms of camera quality. In terms of included accessories you kind of get more than you pay for.First impressions:1. Focus seems to be a “fixed” focus. Meaning it doesn’t focus before a certain distance. I found no way to set any focused points.2. When used as a PC camera the flip out screen doesn’t function. I could not find a setting that turns the screen on or off.3. The flip out screen is also an off/on switch. An annoying feature. As mentioned above when used as a PC cam the screen doesn’t do anything so you could close it. But you can’t because the camera will shut off.4. The touch screen is hit and miss. So far mostly a miss. I found my self using the remote because is was easier.5. All of the wording about this being 8k is slightly misleading. It only does 8k at 15fps. Which it does say above if one decides to read the “fine print” but the wording is such that you would be able to shoot 8k at 30. At 15 it’s like shooting old 8mm film which was typically set at 15 or 18.6. On the plus side there are lots of settings such as ISO and color setting as well as basic exposure settings that can be locked in. Most camera in this price range are auto everything. Having said that keep in mind my first impression is that these settings don’t matter when it’s used as a PC cam. Mater of fact you have no access to any camera settings.I really have not tested the still camera mode, mostly because of the focus issue.This all is subject to updates as I use it more as well as the manufacturer reaching out to explain the above issues. For example will there be a firmware update that solves these issues?

    8K Cam

    I am really pleased with the size, weight and durability of the sleek design of this camcorder. This little guy comes with all the bells and whistles with numerous assessories (handheld stand, adjustable mount for cam or light, 3.5mm aux cord for microphone, a mic, mini tripod, two rechargeable batteries, changing system, and plenty of Type C chatging cords. I chose this cam to upload content to my YT channel and live streaming; however, there were a few things that make reviewing quality vids challenging.One thing I noticed about the WI-FI feature is the app you have to download in order to access it. I was under the impression that I could connect the camera to a ISP (Internet service provider) for ease of livestreaming (maybe I haven’t figured it out quite yet). Additionally, during playback function I found that I could not FF or RW the vid (only pause, stop, or next video).I have gotten a lot of data from my lil buddy thus far, and am quite satisfied with the video quality and use of my new 8K Cam! Great buy for vid quality, gathering data, and all other intended purposes!!

    Nice Compact Camera

    I haven’t had the camera long and only used it on two occasions so far. The picture is clear, though I wish I could shoot a true close-up with it, but even in zoom its wide. The sound is decent, and easily upped in editing. It did give me a lot of relief though that I didn’t have the problems I had encountered with two previously two other brand of cameras (all within same price range) that I ended up returning. One camera the battery sucked, literally draining after 35 minutes and it came with only one (big !) battery,. With the other camera I returned the mic and hood didn’t fit the camera. So no surprises with this camera. And it seems a better build / quality than the other cameras. So hoping we have a good future together !

    This was a problem free purchase at a great price….

    Writing a review for this purchase comes easy, as I reflect on my experience with this purchase of an electronic item after going through all the agony of making the decission and picking this item over alot of other candidates. This 8K Ultra HD Camera had every accessory that I thought would have to be purchased separately… included. Remote control and 2 batteries with charger… priceless. Stabalizer handle holds camera with attached light and external mic… now we are talkin portable studio. The included USB connects this to a computer to be used as a webcam… Improving my Zoom meetings. Have I had any problem with this purchase… not a one. I will probably be purchasing a second one soon

    Perfect Gift

    I got this as a gift for my brother because he is perusing vlogging and said he wanted me to be his camera man so wanted to help him and also get something for my small hands.     Good qaulity for the price

    I bought this camera to begin my online YouTube show. The camera works really well and produces good quality. However the memory card was small and I had to purchase a 128 GB SD card. Not a problem. I did not like that after around 23 min of recording the files begin to break up. Multiple files are created if you have a 25 min or longer recording. This is not efficient because afterwards prior to any editing you have to first download each file individually. Then merge the files together before you can begin editing.I bought a second camera for multiple angles. I love that only one remote is needed when using two cameras at once. so things sync up perfectly. But again that’s a lot of work to be done before editing when you have to go through the download and merge on two separate SD Cards.

    Great for my purpose…

    The features and function of this camera work great for my needs. I coach high school bowling and wanted a camera that would allow me to record my athletes and use it for video analytics. This cameras two key features for this are its ability to record in slow motion and its wifi connection. The slow motion lets me break down their approach, form and release in a technical manner and using my iPad to control the camera and review the video is fantastic. I can set up the camera and not touch it so the kids eventually forget about it and stop being anxious about being recorded. One big drawback is the door for the memory card and battery. It is way too close to the base mount. I was hoping to use the quick release plate I have for my DSLR but it covers a portion of the battery door. Fortunately I found the SMALLRIG quick release and it just fits allowing me to get to the battery without removing the connector.

    Great Camera for A Young Beginner

    I bought this camera for my 9 year old who is interested in recording movies and it has worked out very well so far. We didn’t want to buy a super expensive camera because it’s for a 9 year old that is not the most responsible but didn’t want to buy one of those little kiddies ones because it wouldn’t be cool enough for the 9 year old. This camera fit the bill and the 9 year old still uses it and has recorded a movie that he streamed on the television for the family. We had to get a little creative to stream by downloading to a compute and air dropping to the TV but it worked out. I would recommend as a gift for kids in the tween age range that are interested in movies.

    Great all round video camera and snap shots

    Very pleased with the video camera for the price. The external microphone is a great asset to the camera, just have to remember to turn it on or there won’t me any sound in your picture. The dual battery charger is a great thing to have. Picture quality is very good. And taking pictures like a camera is another great attribute to the camera. Battery life seems pretty good, even when you are running the microphone on the camera. I haven’t run the extra light yet, that runs on its own power supply, and it stacks up in top of the mic or the camera. I can see where the remote control is going to be a great feature. Only down side I have, I had to down load a program to convert the videos to a format the my Corel Studio Video would support. I found a free one that works great “Hand Brake”. That takes a little while to convert the video mp4. The other thing I don’t like is the battery and SDS card is on the bottom of the camera. So with my attachment for quick hookup to my tripod, I have to remove my attachment to replace the battery or SDS card each time. The camera handles a 256 mb card just fine.

    Exactly what I was looking for!!

    We decided to start a YouTube channel for our family farm a couple years ago. Up until now we had been relying on our cellphone cameras to take video. But we were missing the features and versatility that a camcorder offers.I hesitated buying this camera for a couple weeks, thinking I’d just be throwing money away even though the price tag on this camcorder was quite affordable, regardless nobody likes to throw away money, but then finally decided to buy it.It shipped fast and arrived in good time. I opened the box and put it all together, camera, softtlight, and microphone and it looked quite impressive. I took some test video and after adjusting a few settings I was not disappointed. This is just the camera we were looking for.

    Worked Really Well

    The media could not be loaded.

    The camera was a Christmas gift for my son who loves editing and doing trick shots with his brothers. He loves it and uses it pretty much daily. He says that the picture quality is great, and the video quality was better than he thought. The external mic was okay, but his plan all along was to buy another one for it, which he did. Overall it’s been a great camera for him. The last picture and video were taken by the camera, so you can see the quality.

    Powerful Camcorder At Affordable Price

    Excellent for family use and even commercial videos. This camcorder has all the features needed for vlogging and taking b-roll footage for film productions of all types. 1080 p 20 fps and 4K video filming modes are what most customers will ever need. Sound is okay. Can use lav mics or more expensive microphone(s) compatible with camcorder plug. Takes great video and sound while on a tripod for interviews. Action footage sound is more hit and miss.

    Great camera for the price

    Decent camera for its price. Everything works as it should and it even comes with the remote, which makes it easy to operate when you’re by yourself. The main con to this device is it is not good for moving video. It’s very shaky. There is no feature to still your videos, however, in all fairness, it does say this camera is for beginners, and that is more of a advanced feature I guess. But works just great on a tripod.

    A full featured entry level camera

    I bought this for my son for Christmas as he wanted to have some videos of building his Lego sets. For the price I was not expecting that much to be honest. When I went through and unpacked the kit I was pleasantly surprised.The quality of the camera and the crispness in particular was really good. The remote has made navigating the menus a breeze. Additionally, the the light attachment eliminates the shadow problem when using a tripod.Also, I did some tests with the microphone and it did well out to about 20’Is this a top of the line camera? No. At this affordable price you shouldn’t expect that.Is this a great tool to build proficiency? Yes!Will it last? I think with a little care that my son will have this for a number of years.Overall, for the price? I highly recommend

    VERY GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE

    The camera is touch screen but if you have bigger hands it may be a little harder to click icons so they do include a remotes. You can adjust setting, lightinh, etc to improve the camera/video quality. It came with everything you need. It’s definitely travel size and the microphone is pretty nice but you won’t hear very well if you’re a low speaker. Overall i give this a 10/10 very convient and light weight.

    great quality – Lots of features

    I have been needing a video camera for a while now and this one is awesome. it has so many lighting settings as well as filters, etc. The zoom is definitely a highlight and the video quality is better than I could hope for. It’s about as good as you can expect for a price as low as this. It is not in any way a professional video camera but it works for what I need. The only complaint I have is that it’s supposed to be an “8k” video camera, which is true to some extent, but it only can go 15 fps (frames per second) on that setting which isn’t very good at all. But the 4k is 60 fps so that’s pretty much the best setting.

    Great Camcoder!

    I bought this to host a video podcast. It works great, the two battery packs make it convenient to record 2 episodes back to back without waiting for 1 battery to charge. I love the ease to switch from a tripod to handheld with a light attachment. Overall amazing product.

    Disappointed

    I kept my expectations realistic. I was hoping for just adequate quality to get me through until I could afford something better. I gambled and lost. The resolution poor. Very grainy in any light level. Very heavy motion trails following moving objects. Colors are washed out. Skin tones look artificial. Buy an old iPhone for half the price and double your value.     Suitable for my purposes

    Purchased with $20 off coupon & 2-day free delivery @ $172.95 total payment. Bought for surveillance work. The initial quality check showed me everything was well constructed. I was pleased with all the additional attachments & memory card provided. Setting up the device with my phone was simple enough. Overall, I was able to conduct my work easy with the help of this device. I haven’t had the chance to use the night vision feature. If any issues develop over time I will update my review.

    Must buy for quality and price

    I bought this for paranormal investigations with to pair with many other cameras and equipment. The floodlight really pairs well with what I need in the picture, quality is phenomenal with many different settings.Whether you need this for a special occasion, blogging, or really any other event for pictures or videos this is perfect for the quality and the price. I take it along with me on every investigation and have it with an additional IR lamp.It is easy to use, assemble accessories, and easy to store by removing accessories if you just want a quick handycam on the go. Definitely a must buy.

    Amazing for the price

    The picture quality is very clear, the interface is very user friendly, the camera feels like it is made with quality materials. The attachments are easy to put on the camera and it really feels like you have a professional setup for a fraction of the price. My niece loved her Christmas present, I would buy again.

    Good quality for basic vlogging and pictures

    I really like how user friendly it is if you’re a beginner and just starting out with vlogging or some type of videographer, even a photographer. The camcorder takes pretty clean quality videos and photos but to only a certain extent of frames and fps also for the mm in photo mode. The zoom is only 18x so it does have some limitations on how close in you can focus on certain things. Along with the clear and crisp focus on how close you can zoom in does distort the quality slightly. The sound quality is a very depending on the environment usually plus the settings of the microphone can cause some sensitivity. Overall its a great quality camera for the price that you pay. Something good I would recommend to someone starting out who isn’t looking to spend too much. F.y.i. this camera is not capable of being used as a webcam for livestreams. If you’re looking for something like that check out others, this is not the one for that!

    Works okay, sound quality is low

    Sound volume is low unless you use the included powered microphone. Using the mic makes the camera bigger and a little more clumsy. Video quality is okay
